F1 Chicago is an adaptive reuse high-rise that transforms historic infrastructure by integrating a modern data center with regional rail transit, creating a mutually supportive ecosystem where digital networks, public transportation, and mixed-use development operate together to improve connectivity, energy efficiency, urban resilience, and the future of downtown Chicago.
