“This project takes abandoned infrastructure and makes it into an ecological spot/ urban deck with shaded spaces where people gather to be with missing nature (River des Peres, plants, animals). It also creates a microclimate phenomenon (waterfall, water cleaning, and swamp) to retain and refresh the water from flooding.”
