Paul Clemens Bart

 
 

Paul Clemens Bart is a German architect, designer, and educator based in Brooklyn. He is the managing partner of the architecture and design studio Beta Realities and co- founder of the building technology company Urban Beta.

His work focuses on co-creation, predictive planning, and the integration of emerging technologies in the built environment.

With over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles at Zaha Hadid Architects in London and Bjarke Ingels Group in New York, Paul has been instrumental in shaping forward-thinking projects worldwide.

He has taught and lectured at MIT SA+P, Harvard GSD, Pratt Institute, The Cooper Union, UCL Bartlett, and the Architectural Association, and has held visiting professorships at UISEK Quito. He regularly speaks on design innovation, mobility, and future urban systems at global conferences and academic institutions.

His award-winning projects have been featured in WIRED, CNN Style, Bloomberg Businessweek, the Financial Times, and DETAIL Magazine, and exhibited at international venues including the GreenTech Festival, Expo Real, Ars Electronica, and the Venice Biennale.

Paul holds an MSc (Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) in Architecture from the Technical University of Munich and an MArch from the Architectural Association’s Design Research Lab in London.
