Dity Ayalon is a licensed architect and construction entrepreneur based in the United States, with a global perspective shaped by professional and academic experience across the U.S., the Middle East, Europe, and Brazil. Throughout his diverse career, he has held roles as an architect, designer, project manager, NYC Department of Buildings expediter, and investor representative—equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of inefficiencies in the architectural process.

Dity is the founder of ArkDesign.AI, a pioneering AI-powered design tool for architects that has gained international recognition. The platform is consistently ranked among the leading innovations in architectural technology, receiving coverage in ArchDaily, Architizer, BIM Corner, and other globally respected media outlets.

Founded in New York City, ArkDesign.AI serves a growing network of top-tier architects across the NYC metropolitan region. Following the release of Ark 2.0 in early 2023, the company rapidly expanded across the Middle East and Asia, drawing tens of thousands of organic inbound inquiries from architects, real estate developers, and academics around the world.

Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Dity actively advises influential institutions and policy bodies, including the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the Future Symposium.
