About the project
This project reimagines wellness in downtown Omaha by integrating accessible healthcare, cross-generational housing, and shared community spaces into a living environment where care, connection, and everyday life coexist.
Healthcare clinics and a community resource center form an accessible ground floor, while cross-generational housing brings medical students, young professionals, and senior residents together above. Shared kitchens, terraces, lounges, courtyards, and daylight support everyday connection. Copper facade panels are designed to develop a patina over time, reflecting the aging community.
